Mr. Benardete retired in April, 2000 as a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Company, having specialized in fixed income derivatives and risk management. He currently serves on the boards of the Dutchess Land Conservancy, Imagine Amenia and the American Museum of Fly Fishing in Manchester, VT. Mr. Benardete received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 with a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Economics.
