How to Donate

As a public charity, the Foundation can receive donations which in turn are tax deductible according to the rules set by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Please contact Nancy Heaton, the Executive Director, at (860)364-5157 if you are interested in learning more about donating to the Foundation, setting up a donor fund, or leaving a legacy which will enable us to continue working toward improving the health and wellbeing of the people in our communities far into the future.
