Connecticut Nursing Home Oral Health Pilot Program:  Provides support for oral health education for all staff at a nursing facility and evaluate its impact on the oral health of the residents.

Expansion of Behavioral Health Services for Children:  To integrate behavioral health counseling into a pediatric practice.

Annual Contribution:  To support their work and to maintain access to the latest information on the Connecticut grantmaking community.

Strategic Under-age alcohol and Opiate Use Prevention:  To develop, conduct and evaluate a community-based drug education and substance abuse prevention initiative.

Capacity Building:  Support to strengthen the ability of the volunteer EMS squads to provide cost-effective, life-saving, emergency services.

Transportation Program:  Support of transportation in northwestern Connecticut for non-emergency medical appointments.

Annual Contribution:  To support their work and to maintain access to the latest information on the health grantmaking community.

Books for Babies:  To encourage new parents to read to their children through a partnership with Read to Grow, Inc.

Northwest Corner Prevention Network:  To provide information to NW CT youth and parents on health promotion, and to support the first "Project Graduation" substance-free, after-graduation celebration.

Children's Access to Mental Health Services:  To integrate behavioral health counseling for young children and adolescents in a primary care setting.
