Kids on the Block:  To fund a nationally recognized educational puppet theater program in which children learn a variety of health and life skills, as well as, increasing awareness and understanding of differences among people in a

Care Car Program:  Ongoing support of a transportation program serving primarily northeastern Dutchess County.

To fund the FCH Pharmaceutical Assistance Fund

Volunteer Fire Department:  To support the local fire department.

Parents as Teachers:  To fund a parent educator program that combines group work and one-on-one home visits in its curriculum.

Mobilizing for Health Care Reform:  Year 2 of support to optimize activities promoting a policy proposal for health care reform that would provide comprehensive quality and affordable health coverage for Connecticut residents.

Cyberbullying:  Understanding & addressing online cruelty in Region 1 School District for Grades 5-8:  To develop, conduct and evaluate cyberbullying prevention education presentations  in Region 1 schools for Grades 5-8.

The First Four Hours: Evidence Based Approach To Obesity:  An educational event presented by Dr. Lisa Sanders for the medical, science and academic community.  

Non Profit Learning Program:  Scholarship for the Millerton, NY based North East Community Center to participate in an enrichment program assisting non-profits to improve their operation and governance.

Access to Case Management for Immigrants in NE Dutchess County:  To initiate and establish legal immigration and case management services for residents in northeast Dutchess County.
