Ms. Welch graduated from the University of Tampa in May 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. While in college, she served as a volunteer for Helping Hands Nursery School and Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County. Ms. Welch also interned for the Healthy Start Program located in downtown Tampa. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Counseling from Marist College.
