After a grant’s funded period has ended, we work in tandem with our grantee partners to summarize what was accomplished and learned. As a funder committed to transparency and mutual accountability, these summaries include why FCH funded a particular project, our learning questions (formed at the beginning of the grant period), and opportunities to improve the way we work as a funder.
